Terms and Conditions for Clients and Users.
- ‘The company’ means Portsea Publishing Company.

- ‘Listing(s)’ means one or more listing submitted via your account or otherwise to www.vintagebritishbikes.co.uk

- ‘Account’ refers to the account a client sets up on www.vintagebritishbikes.co.uk
The following conditions apply to the placing of an order for an advert or listing(s) on our website. Each advert or listing will form a separate agreement and English Law will apply. Any changes to these conditions must be agreed by us in writing via email.
The contract starts from the point at which data feed or the product is live.
The company will rely on the express terms of the contract irrespective of any claimed alterations verbally agreed with representatives.
The contract will then continue regardless of whether new data or the product is received or not.
ALL contracts will continue in perpetuity until cancelled.The contract constitutes an agreement for the provision of the opportunity for vehicle stock, spare parts, products and services to be advertised or listed on our site and charges apply regardless of whether or not this service is used.
Cancellation of contract with a third party engaged by you or your employees, will not constitute a cancellation with Portsea Publishing Company.Any changes to contact details such as change of email, address, telephone numbers or company name must be received in writing and sent to email@example.comTracking numbers will be used by the company on all advert or listings.
Where available these will be geographical telephone numbers.
The company undertakes to publish data sent by your employees and received from third party suppliers on your behalf, we take no responsibility for errors in the Data published as supplied.
Where the company is at fault, we will only be held responsible from the point at which we are informed and will not be deemed responsible for any issues prior to the situation being drawn to our attention.
Where we are responsible for failing to publish new data, non-appearance of existing data, or significant errors in the display of data, any recompense will be made on a pro rata basis relating to the charges, number of adverts or listings affected, and period of error.
In all cases liability to the advert or listing fees paid to the company and no consideration will be given with respect to loss of business etc.
The vintagebritishbikes.co.uk is a motorcycle and related product and services website that monitors it’s level of audience, e.g. visitors, hits and pages viewed, however it cannot guarantee response or enquiries such as emails , phone calls or visits to your business regarding your advert(s) or listing(s) product.
The company and our services on our website have no cancellation period or contract in respect of listings. You may cancel your listing(s) at any time, without notice.
Once you cancel, any or all of your listings, they will remain on our site until their individual expiry dates pass and are automatically removed.
Cancellations of an advert on our website of any kind, excluding listings, may be cancelled at any time by giving 30 days notice via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Receipt of all cancellations will be confirmed in writing by the company.
The company reserves the right to cancel within 14 days giving written notice
The company reserves the right to cancel any advert or listings immediately if it’s content is deemed by the company to be of offensive or illegal nature (including relevant consumer credit legislation).
All advert or listing(s) must be paid for in full at time of booking unless credit has been agreed. The price shall be the amount fixed by our published rate card on the date of acceptance of the order plus VAT where applicable. For non-credit advert or listing(s), we will cancel publication of any advert or listing(s) that has not been paid for on time.
For credit adverts or listings, we will cancel publication of any advert or listing that has not been paid for on time.

We may cancel the order at any time if the advert or listing(s) breaches these conditions and the breach is not capable of remedy or it continues for seven days after we have given written notice of it, or if we reasonably believe a client is unable to pay debts for the advert(s) or listing(s) and goes, or threatens to go out of business.

Payment Card information is collected over a secure connection and all payment transactions will be encrypted.
Payment Card information is used solely for the purpose of processing payment for your advert(s) or listing(s).
The company retains no record of Payment Card details.
Where advert or listing packages include additional benefits provided by third parties, we may pass your details on to these third parties to enable them to supply those benefits, provided that you have selected to opt in to receive information from third parties.
Information we request from you if you place an advert or listing on the website.
If you place an advert or listing on the website, we will need to collect your email address to send you communications about how to access and manage your account. You can access this area at any time in order to update your details or change your options.
